Dimension guide and calculation method

Flange Diameter
Outer diameter of the reel disc — the largest measurement of the drum.
B
Barrel Diameter
Inner core diameter where cable starts winding. Must be smaller than Flange (A).
C
Traverse Width
Usable width of the reel between the two flanges.
D
Cable Diameter
Outer diameter of the cable being wound onto the reel.
E
Edge Clearance
Safety gap at the top of each flange. Optional — set to 0 if not required.
